PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul was established in 1999 and incorporated in North Jakarta, Indonesia. It is located in the seaside bonded area of Muara Baru, the biggest fishing port in Indonesia. It occupies 14,000 m2 of the site with a 5,000 m2 Processing Plant and 83,000 m3 for AS/RS Cold Storage. Both Processing Plant and AS/RS Cold Storage are completed with well equipment and sophisticated technology. PT Indomaguro Tunas Unggul is one of the largest seafood processor in Indonesia. We have experience for many years in producing various fishes for Export and Local Market purposes, such as Fresh and Frozen Tuna, Swordfish, Marlin, Wahoo, Oil Fish, ground fish[Red Snapper, Grouper etc.] and Salmon. Our processing uses modern facilities and supported by professional employees. Quality assurance is also applied from raw material selection, through processing to final packaging. Indomaguro AS/RS Cold Storage has operated in 2011 with 33M high and capacity is 14,000 pallet locations at -30 °C and 1,200 pallet locations at -50°C. This AS/RS Cold Storage is fully automatic where the material handling is done by mechanical equipment with less labor needed and the system is integrated with computerized Warehouse Management System [WMS] for conducting warehouse activities such as receiving, shipment, order picking, cross docking, scaling, inventory report etc. Customers are also able to use this WMS through online internet for checking their inventory, issuing shipping and receiving instruction.
